Overview
HPE Foundation Care service includes comprehensive hardware and software services, which aim to improve the availability of the IT infrastructure. Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Technical Resources provide support and work with the Customer's IT team to resolve hardware and software issues related to HPE products and some third-party products. For hardware products covered by HPE Foundation Care, remote diagnosis and support are included, as well as on-site hardware repair, should it be required to resolve a problem. For eligible HPE hardware products, this service may also include basic software support and collaborative call management for specific non-HPE software. For more information and to evaluate eligible software products to include in hardware product coverage, contact HPE. For software products covered by HPE Foundation Care, HPE offers remote technical support and access to software updates and patches.
