This 4K HDMI cable is rated up to 18 Gbps and supports Ultra HD video resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 (4K x 2K) at 60 Hz for crystal-clear picture and sound. It's compatible with HDCP 2.2 and HDMI 2.0 standards for carrying HDR (high dynamic range) signals. It also supports 4:4:4 chroma subsampling for top-level PC gaming or using your HDTV as a PC monitor, as well as other current HDMI standards, including 3D, 48-bit Deep Color, DTS-HD Master Audio and Dolby True HD.
Advanced Fiber Cable Is Easier to Install than Copper
Because the fiber cable is slimmer and more flexible than standard copper HDMI cables, the P568-50M-FBR is easier to install around corners and in hard-to-reach spaces behind equipment. It draws power from the connected device, so no external power supply is needed to transmit the HDMI signal across the longer distances unique to fiber optic cabling. Note: the cable must be installed in the correct direction to function properly, so please check the Source and Display labels on the connectors before installation.
